Applying for a Secondary School Place
Parents and carers who wish their child to attend a secondary school from September 2025 must have made an application through their home local authority before midnight on the 31st October 2025. Applications have now closed for 2026. Please visit the Merton website here.

Please be aware that some secondary schools hold Open Evenings in the summer term before applications open. Please visit the websites of the schools you are interested in for more information or scroll further down this page for information from schools who have informed us of their admissions process.
Please do not submit an application if your child has an Education, Health and Care Plan. Please contact Merton's SEN Team for information regarding the application process.
