Lower School lunch is between 12 and 1pm and
Upper School lunch is between 12.25 and 1.25pm.

Midday Supervisors are on duty throughout the lunchtime period and the Senior Leadership Team supervise on a rota basis.Children may bring a packed lunch with drinks in unbreakable containers.

1) Meals must be taken on a regular weekly pattern and new meals must be ordered at least two working days in advance using the order form that can be found below. It will be assumed that your child will continue, with the same meal pattern, unless the office is informed in writing.
2) Meals must be paid for the half-term or the full-term in advance by ParentPay.
3) A credit will be given if your child is sick, on a school trip or if we receive a written notification a week in advance of an appointment affecting your child’s uptake of school meals. 
4) If your child has dietary requirements on medical or religious grounds, special meals may be ordered for her/him. Please call in at the school office to complete a form if you wish a special meal to be ordered. A meal plan will need to be completed by the catering company before meals can be taken. 

The cost of school meals will increase to £2 per day for the autumn term 2017. School meals need to be paid in advance, using your ParentPay account.

If you are in receipt of Income Support, Income Based Job Seeker’s Allowance, or Child Tax Credit (with no Working Tax Credit and where the household income is less than £16,190 as assessed by HM Revenue and Customs), you may be entitled to claim free school meals for your child. Please call in at the school office to pick up an application form and to find out more or contact Civic Centre.
