Emma Lemon (Chair of Governors / Co-opted Governor)
I am Chair of Governors, Chair of Personnel Committee and sit on the Safeguarding, Covid-19 and Pay Committee. I have a background as a research scientist, having gained my PhD many years ago now. I work as a consultant in the healthcare sector heading up a Healthcare Communications team. I am a mother to two beautiful children and in my spare time I play the classical Spanish guitar, enjoy baking and decorating cakes and sing in a choir.
Ashley Berggren (Co-Opted Governor)
I am a co-opted governor just recently appointed in December 2021 and sit on the SEND meetings. I have an education background with experience as a special education teacher, coach (basketball, softball, lacrosse) and youth sports director and founder. When I'm not chasing after my two boys, I can be found either hiking, biking, traveling or playing tennis and guitar.

I am Chair of the Teaching and Learning Committee and link governor for Upper School. I work as a Program and Operations Manager in the Financial Services industry. I have three children- two are currently at Dundonald Primary School.
Keith Morgan (Co-opted Governor)
I am a member of the Resources Committee and the link governor for EYFS. I work as a consultant to pension schemes and other institutional investors.
I have two children, both currently at Dundonald Primary School.
Katharine Roberts (Parent Governor)
I am Vice Co-Chair of Governors, sit on the Personnel and Pay Committee and am the link governor for Rights Respecting, data protection and staff wellbeing. I am a solicitor working in media with an experience in regulatory matters including data protection.
I have two daughters – one who is currently at Dundonald Primary School. I enjoy keeping fit and being outdoors with my family.
Aparna Bindal (Parent Governor)
I am a parent governor appointed to the board in July 2021. I have two children - one of which is currently in Lower School.
I work with the Bank of England where I supervise financial institutions in the UK. I have a background in Finance and Engineering.
I also have plenty of governor experience (I was previously co-opted governor for another school in Merton) and keen to utilise my skills and experience in my role as governor.
Susie (Surangani) Scott (Co-opted Governor)
I am Vice Co-Chair of Governors, the Equality and Diversity Governor and one of the SEND Governors. I sit on the Inclusion Committee, Personnel Committee, Teaching and Learning Committee and attend SEND meetings.
By profession I am a Barrister-at-law who was called to The Bar in 1994. I am self employed and remained in practice for just under 20 years before deciding to start a family. I specialised in Crime (Jury Trial) and Police Disciplinary work. I was also appointed as the Equality and Diversity Officer for my set of Chambers, when this position was first introduced to The Bar. I therefore underwent extensive training in Equality and Diversity prior to being appointed as a Governor at DPS (Dundonald Primary School).
My son is a pupil at DPS and some of my other interests include: partaking in personal training, tennis, martial arts (Kung-Fu), hockey and travel.
