Emma Lemon (Chair of Governors / Co-opted Governor)
I am Chair of Governors, Chair of Personnel Committee and sit on the Safeguarding and Pay Committee. I have a background as a research scientist, having gained my PhD many years ago now. I work as a consultant in the healthcare sector heading up a Healthcare Communications team. I am a mother to two beautiful children and in my spare time I play the classical Spanish guitar, enjoy baking and decorating cakes and sing in a choir.
Claire Fox (Vice Chair/Co-opted Governor)
I am the Vice Chair of the Governing Board and Chair of the Safeguarding Committee. I have a background in strategic human resource management, but in line with my vision of the world where everyone has the opportunity to fulfil their potential I have left the corporate world to join Save the Children International where I led HR and Child Safeguarding globally. I am now the Chief Operating Officer for the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in the UK. I can usually be found in sports kit, whether playing with the children or training for running races or tennis matches.
Thomas Barlow (Vice Chair / Co-opted Governor)
I am the Vice Chair of Governors and I sit on the Resources Committee. I am also a Merton Borough Councillor representing Wimbledon Village. I work as a Senior Policy Adviser on transport and infrastructure for a leading UK business membership organisation, having previously worked for Members of Parliament and a Peer in the House of Lords. I am also an (ir) regular participant at Wimbledon Common parkrun.
Roderick Cameron (LA Governor)
I am Chair of the Pay Committee and Chair of the Resources Committee. I have a background as a Solicitor, Communications Strategist and Business Growth Consultant. I work as Chief Strategy Officer of a regulatory technology business. When not "ferrying" my children, I can be found on a hockey pitch.

I am Joint Chair of the Teaching and Learning Committee. I work as a Program and Operations Manager in the Financial Services industry. I have three children- two are currently at Dundonald Primary School.
Chad Horne (Parent Governor)
I sit on the Personnel and Pay Committee. I am passionate about being a governor at Dundonald. I believe it is an amazing school and my four sons absolutely love it. With many years experience in HR and Talent, I feel I can help ensure we have the right staff, values and behaviours to enable our children to excel and be themselves, in a really safe and productive environment.
Donna Mooney (Co-opted Governor)
I am joint chair of the Teaching and Learning Committee. My background is in primary and Early Childhood education. I have worked for a number of London local authorities, supporting schools to raise outcomes for children. I have also been a lecturer for Early Childhood development in the USA. When I am not being kept busy by my two sons I spend time keeping fit and listening to music.

I have two children, both currently at Dundonald Primary School.
Dave Redmond (Parent Governor)
I am the Vice Chair of the Resources Committee and sit on the Pay Committee. I have two daughters at Dundonald Primary School. At the weekends I enjoy coaching girls' rugby, supporting Ireland at rugby and Spurs at football. I work locally as an energy commodities broker.

I am a staff governor and sit on the Teaching and Learning Committee. I am in my sixth year of teaching at Dundonald. I lead PSHE and Maths Mastery and I am part of the Rights Respecting Team. I enjoy keeping fit, going to the theatre and spending time with my friends and family.
Susie Scott (Co-opted Governor)
I am the Equality and Diversity Governor and one of the SEND Governors. I sit on the Inclusion Committee, Personnel Committee ,Teaching and Learning Committee and attend SEND meetings.
By profession I am a Barrister-at-law who was called to The Bar in 1994. I am self employed and remained in practice for just under 20 years before deciding to start a family. I specialised in Crime (Jury Trial) and Police Disciplinary work. I was also appointed as the Equality and Diversity Officer for my set of Chambers, when this position was first introduced to The Bar. I therefore underwent extensive training in Equality and Diversity prior to being appointed as a Governor at DPS (Dundonald Primary School).
My son is a pupil at DPS and some of my other interests include: partaking in personal training, tennis, martial arts (Kung-Fu), hockey and travel.

I am Deputy Headteacher and Inclusion Manager at the school. I am an associate governor. As a governor, I sit on the Teaching and Learning Committee and Equality Committee.
I also meet with the SEND governors on a termly basis.
